Cancellations Travel Cancellation Insurance
For your security
Even the most wonderful holidays can fall through. To avoid any unnecessary costs, we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you start your holiday late or not at all or break it off early, Europäische Reiseversicherung will cover the costs incurred. Click here to take out your personal travel insurance.
Cancellation conditions
You can cancel your stay free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
After this date, the following cancellation fees apply:
- 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the total price (for stays over Christmas and New Year's Eve until July 31)
- 1 month to 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
- From 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price
If you need to cancel your vacation with us, please inform us as early as possible. We will, of course, always endeavor to re-let the room you have booked, so that you will not incur any cancellation fees if we are successful in doing so.
Please note that for stays during the Christmas and New Year period, the deadline for free cancellation is brought forward to July 31 of the respective year.
